Regards Bamboo Charcoal. I’ve received the comment that food cooked with bamboo charcoal ruins the taste of the food and that food cooked with wood timber charcoal tastes better according to one person I’ve contacted. Can you recommend how to cook with bamboo charcoal so that it tastes better please? Refer to links: http://folakemiodoaje.com/2015/07/17/bamboo/?c=8294#comment-8294

I have no idea about bamboo smoke affecting the taste of food, and was told that there is hardly any smoke from bamboo charcoal.
